To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐想食泰國菜，點知原來已經執左，見到元氣壽司，就食壽司啦，未夠6pm就要拎飛，好彩等一張，好快有位。 自助落單，自助水機，好方便又衛生。隻蝦十分大隻呀，啖啖肉好好味又fresh又新鮮手卷，帶子新鮮夠厚，有d葱好香好味，紫菜好脆身，軟殼蟹手卷，也夠香脆的，好味帶子好大件，非常肥美，有少年檸檬增加鮮美。牛油帶子都OK，蟹棒勁大條好好味，少少沙律醬，非常厚！好juicy！炸蝦手卷，每件10元，好大隻炸蝦的呀，好香呀，炸到金黃色好脆口，包住的紫菜也夠脆，好正又扺食。
