最近鍾意食咗生蠔,之前唔鍾意食,可能係因為食咗酒店嗰啲任食嘅質素,所以唔識食!呢一間餐廳主要做$10 隻生蠔,仲要唔同季節有唔同限定嘅生蠔,所以包保你每次去餐廳都可以食到唔同質素嘅生蠔!今次我同朋友嚟食就非常好彩啦,食到來自澳洲tasmania嘅生蠔,都有手掌咁大隻,超級重海水味,就算唔落醬,真係想一啖接一啖咁食,仲要$10真係一啲都唔貴!食生蠔梗係要配一啲主食啦,呢間餐廳除咗有意粉之外,亦都有其他小食或者Pizza等等,我自己就嗌左個自家製蟹餅,成個蟹餅入面都係蟹肉,仲有啲青椒粒,如果覺得太dry仲可以配他他醬。另外佢嘅黃金軟殼蟹意粉,蟹肉炸完之後唔會好乾,炸皮唔會好厚。黃金意粉即係鹹蛋黃,配埋扁意粉成個菜式一流!

另外佢嘅黃金軟殼蟹意粉,蟹肉炸完之後唔會好乾,炸皮唔會好厚。黃金意粉即係鹹蛋黃,配埋扁意粉成個菜式一流!
