To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶餐（$15）有：占醬多：抹上草莓果醬和牛油的厚多士，烤得唔夠火喉，但都好過「大家x」那款僅烤到廿個巴仙的厚多士。熱鴛鴦：快餐店水準而言，算麻麻地，…。傍晚六點，巳經人頭湧湧。貴「大家x 」五蚊，但服務和食物質素都好廿個巴仙！多士即製，店員親自把製成品送到我跟前，還附上快餐店罕見的…「笑容」兩秒，以及「要你久等，唔好意思」這句窩心話。
