喺香港我最鍾意食嘅就係港式粉麵店,因為佢哋嘅粉面又抵又好食,而且用料又高質。今次我就去咗一個有20年歷史嘅餐廳,佢哋嘅用料真係好好,佢哋係佢哋嘅牛肉係用新鮮騸牯牛,所以比一般嘅店會更加好食。所以我就叫咗個蕃茄沙崩腩河,真係好好食,肉質柔軟,又好重嘅牛腩味,食落好正。我朋友仲叫咗一個蝦籽拼牛腩撈麵,依份牛腩就好似額外烤過,食落有啲似叉燒。另外仲叫咗佢嘅麻辣白肉同埋咖喱魷魚,兩個都好好食,白肉好厚實,底下仲會有蘿蔔。而咖喱就鹹鹹甜甜,非常之唔錯。當然唔少得嘅梗係要叫佢嘅冰檸茶做餐飲,因為佢冰檸茶有一升,勁大杯,而且仲用啤酒杯裝住,真係好有格調!
