好多年前食過一次,嗰時自己仲未係法包嘅粉絲,都係早年喺歐洲食左間用新鮮面包整嘅漢堡後先發現原來西式面包可以幾好食咁近排有機會喺喱區spend d 時間,咁緊係要介紹我男人試喱間老字號嘅越式法包,其實我對上一次食都真係幾耐歷史,我記得我嗰時係唔likey ge,但我今次反而幾期待由於我地叫左一大一細(ummm...係呀,飽到反肚),所以都show俾大家睇下喱個係大條,1開為4喱個就細條落左單後老闆會先焗返脆個包再加入材料,大約等5分鐘左右啦法包入面有好多材料,嚼肉,札肉,咸豬手肉,腩肉,紅蘿蔔絲,好啦,今次我識食啦,法包外脆內軟,最讚嘅係紅蘿蔔絲係醃過嘅,帶d甜甜地, balance 返肉嘅咸味,正呀我今次食覺得都幾好食,我男人就話同他喺越南食嘅一樣味道雖然我d朋友都話而家老闆賣得愈黎愈貴,不過其實我喺西貢超級市場買一條大法包都要40蚊,如果咁樣比喱度都算係咁非常值得一試
