最近喺銅鑼灣, 返完工搵野食, 一般都係希望放鬆下,可以坐耐啲,傾下偈,之前試過幾間,都做唔到呢個效果,今次另一同事介紹,有啲似日本居酒屋嘅日本料理。環境格局真係有啲似,又有吧枱,行入去座位唔多,小店型式。鋪頭仲可以幫客人keep酒,飲唔曬留返下次,有呢樣已經唔係好多日本餐廳做到。先黎涼拌日本醬青瓜,即麵豉醬配青瓜。 麵豉醬鹹鹹哋,幾開胃,青瓜涼浸浸,爽脆可口,作為開胃菜一流。麵豉煮牛筋, 牛筋煮得夠入味, 如果煮得再淋啲, 就冇得彈。串燒雞心, 係真正串燒,燒出嚟嘅真係冇得頂。串燒煙肉芝士年糕, 燒到快煙肉外表少少脆, 年糕吸收曬煙肉嘅香味。吉列蠔, 一客有五隻,大大隻,都幾抵食。入去傾下偈坐下飲下嘢,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
