沙田馬會再同 michelin star 名廚cross over，今次係來自spain 既 Erlantz Gorostiza. 雖然味道根據 Michelin Star 評分有2星，但相信很多食客覺得最多只值一星........service 當然亦很好，staff 殷勤、有禮、主動、客氣，但那是 Hong Kong jockey club 的 credit. 另想說，having said that, 馬會之前的 cross over 更好。今次味道0K啦。
