米芝蓮餐廳越開越多,不過好多都係可遠觀而不可近褻,不過總有啲係值得一試嘅,講緊梗係擁有16粒星,2013年已經入選 Culinary Hall of Fame嘅Gordon Ramsay。身為MasterChef 同 Gordon Ramsay嘅super fans,當然要黎佢第一間嘅喺亞洲同香港插旗嘅Bread Street Kitchen & Bar 朝聖啦,餐廳嘅菜式仲全部係由Gordon親自設計~~有睇開Hell's Kitchen都知,Beef Wellington 係Gordon Ramsay嘅signature dish之一,黎之前都真係好想叫一客,不過原來係2人份,我本身唔食得牛,所以最後都無叫到,睇住隔離枱枱都食,真係得個「恨」字無得食Beef Wellington 當然有啲可惜,不過都好開心終於黎到朝聖,既然黎到一間英式餐廳,當然要試下一啲classic嘅英國菜,好似Shepherd's Pie咁。Shepherd's Pie 睇落去好似好易整,不過因為裡面用咗羊肉,如果火候拿捏得唔好,D 羊肉會有羶味或者太乾,所以都幾考廚師嘅手勢 ^^除咗Shepherd's P

除咗Shepherd's Pie 之外,我哋仲揀咗平時Hell's Kitchen 成日示範嘅帶子,呢個menu用咗紅蘿蔔配帶子,一個比較新嘅組合,而且帶子亦都煎得恰度好處,食得出帶子嘅鮮味又無煎得過火令佢變靭
最後一度我哋就揀咗halibut,平時出街我都比較少揀魚,無論係中餐同西餐都係,因為魚真係好難控制,不過呢度嘅halibut就令我另眼相看,抵Gordon拎咁多粒星啦
