放咗工嚟到呢度食飯,首先叫咗個刺身6點盛白身魚有:左口魚,油甘魚海膽同帆立貝,最後仲有最愛嘅三文魚同吞拿魚(赤身)刺身冰冷新鮮,鮮甜嘅味道令人齒頰留香食完咁豐富嘅刺身盛,就到咗叫磯燒海鮮嘅時間,我哋叫咗3款貝類海鮮,分別有白蜆,貴妃蚌同新鮮鮑魚隻鮑魚係上枱嘅時候不斷蠕動,不斷郁,好生猛然後店員再將海鮮移師去張檯旁邊嘅爐度燒 ,牛油煮白蜆好香,啲蜆慢慢爆開口,滲出淡淡嘅海鮮味貴妃蚌本身加咗蔥,而且仲有日式酒調味,燒到啲湯汁滾燙清酒同埋貴妃蚌嘅肉味道好夾,食落唔會腥,肉質爽口彈牙可以親眼睇住店員幫我哋燒鮑魚,係呢個時候,佢會用鉗同剪刀清除內臟,所以食嘅時候好整潔店員一邊幫我哋燒,我哋一邊欣賞每一次佢都拎一個新碟裝住啲食物畀我哋,唔使怕燙傷,亦十分衛生燒得剛好熟透嘅鮑魚好有彈性,細心咁切開咗兩半,方便夾起咬鮑魚表面燒得乾身入面嘅水分仍然鎖住,所以食落有嚼勁大阪燒 望落去好豐富啲配料堆到成座山咁用生菜同埋粉漿堆成嘅底部鬆厚,再加上小粒嘅八爪魚同埋豚肉片,整體感覺好豐富調味方面用咗燒汁,沙律醬,木魚絲同埋紫菜絲,食落唔會dry關東煮有炆牛腩,玉子,竹輪,大根,年糕福袋等等......牛肉炆得好淋
