紫粵軒位於將軍澳假日酒店二樓，餐桌的密度當然比一般食肆寬敞。作為前菜小食，燒肉和叉燒算是相當有水準。食物的份量和質素，也不至於太過小巧。印象比較深刻的是炆柚皮，入味不澀，頗為地道。炸子雞也沒有炸泡得「大紅」，而有點西式燒雞味道。至於紅燒元蹄，伴點髮菜，肥而不膩，讓我也禁不住纔嘴吃多了幾口。最後那個福建炒飯，豐富的材料完全蓋過了底下的飯，讓那些平常「無飯」的朋友食到幾乎碟底「照鏡」。因為是朋友請客，我也就不便打聽這頓飯的價錢了⋯
