作為2023新年第一餐茶,當然要食好啲啦,聽聞呢間都幾出名OK,所以過嚟試吓😌.1月2日早上10:30就過黎walkkin, 接待員第一件事就問我有冇預約,我話冇呀,心諗咁早唔會無位掛,最終坐到近門口既枱,發現原來好多人都會先訂位嚟飲茶。入到去發現原來幾大,但係原來無窗望唔到室外環境。講番食物,梗系揀左啲打左星星既得獎點心,竹炭叉燒包啦,芝麻卷啦,筍尖鮮蝦餃,同埋XO醬煎蘿蔔糕。竹炭叉燒包呢都好特別外層似菠蘿包好鬆軟,熱辣辣咁,感覺幾特別唔錯👍攞獎都值既🤔芝麻捲呢都比出面啲酒樓同糕餅小食店濃郁好多,口感有彈性,味道系我食過中最好既🤭中間個層白色唔知係咪白芝麻整,黑白相間有層次,唔係成條黑媽媽,外表都會加佢分🫠。四粒蝦餃都幾大粒,不枉佢個價錢都好其他酒樓高啲。不過食落覺得塊皮都唔系軟熟囉,有啲厚,一筷子一夾落去啲仲黐實隻筷子然後舊蝦餃就散咗喇。感覺咁既蝦餃就唔系一隻好蝦餃🤷🏻‍♀️入面冇廉價肥豬肉,隻蝦都大既。但我覺得都唔算好好味🤦🏻‍♀️XO醬煎蘿蔔糕。佢都幾大碟喎,佢都多瑤柱絲,整嚿嘢咋得幾脆幾均勻又唔厚粉。加埋啲辣椒油一齊食都幾唔錯,呢碟都可以攞80幾分。真系要挑剔吓既,或者可能係因為

講番食物,梗系揀左啲打左星星既得獎點心,竹炭叉燒包啦,芝麻卷啦,筍尖鮮蝦餃,同埋XO醬煎蘿蔔糕。

竹炭叉燒包呢都好特別外層似菠蘿包好鬆軟,熱辣辣咁,感覺幾特別唔錯👍攞獎都值既🤔

芝麻捲呢都比出面啲酒樓同糕餅小食店濃郁好多,口感有彈性,味道系我食過中最好既🤭中間個層白色唔知係咪白芝麻整,黑白相間有層次,唔係成條黑媽媽,外表都會加佢分🫠。

XO醬煎蘿蔔糕。佢都幾大碟喎,佢都多瑤柱絲,整嚿嘢咋得幾脆幾均勻又唔厚粉。加埋啲辣椒油一齊食都幾唔錯,呢碟都可以攞80幾分。真系要挑剔吓既,或者可能係因為個蘿蔔糕入邊冇乜冬菇同臘腸啦😆不過算啦做人都冇乜多要求😂

整體嚟講,都OK嘅。環境服務速度同茶各方面都達標。
