曼谷水門雞飯應該人人都食過,而香港出名嘅海南雞必定係多達六間分店嘅「水門雞飯」餐廳是也.每間餐廳都充滿泰國街舖風味,而且喜愛佢選擇性多,閒時又新出不同限定款式.當日座位幾乎滿座,外賣打包亦相當靚仔🔸雞肉·牛肉串燒($14串)串燒要兩串起計,每吋都有一定厚度,即叫即燒熱辣辣,嫩口不乾身,配上沙嗲醬🔸辣肉碎旦飯($64)🔸泰式乾炒辣牛河($80)兩款炒粉飯同樣是惹味之選,河粉炒得乾身,唔會過分油膩.而肉碎惹味香口,份量也很多.假若當中加多一點香葉,就像完美🔸水門雞飯($56)必叫水門雞,雞肉質嫩口,雞皮下沒有太多脂肪,無骨啖啖肉.加上醬汁好送飯,完全還原泰國風味
