To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出了花紅當然要帶阿爸阿媽食好西，朋友介紹這間咖啡廳質素不錯, 一於去試一試~原來沙田凱悅酒店是在大學站而不是沙田, 落車行2-3分鐘, 好近, 算方便, 只是平時不會在大學站下車, 所以從來不知道~正常buffet 價錢酒店環境不錯, 每枱都不會太近, 服務也ok一整晚原來會響4次聆聲~ 提大家拎特別限定美食在枱上看到最近在抽獎, 頭獎還可有2晚酒店住~ 首先要食的當然是最愛的長腳蟹啦~ 雖然海鮮種類不多, 勝在夠新鮮, 凍蝦也很彈牙再來要推薦下酒店限定的美食:第一是海鮮丼, 有海膽! 新鮮~ 人人排隊去拎~重點是細細碟就齊晒各種刺生, 食晒都唔會太飽!大約半小時後出另一款美食偷影廚師燒龍蝦後再排隊拎一次派晒兩款的~一定要襯熱食了龍蝦先~滿滿的芝士配上龍蝦西冷扒也不錯, 一定要加上枱上的海鹽帶出鮮肉味~整塊西冷也是粉紅色的再來是可以進補一下的鮑魚+花膠!!!阿媽要食多D花膠美顏@@大大塊花膠, 派完後還有剩, 可以自己出去再拎多幾塊~連冬菇都大大粒, 好似提早團年咁~HAHA最後是火焰雪山把點了火的酒淋上甜品上內層是紅莓味雪糕, 加上少少酒香~當然....食到尾段我的肚子已經力有不逮除
