早前跟家人到訪銅鑼灣店午膳,聞說佐敦店更有特色,特意相約網紅友人一同前往打卡從氣派玻璃大門,穿過華麗酒吧,直到餐桌,懷舊細節無所不在,充滿誠意餐廳擺放了店主從各地搜羅的懷舊古物,更花上八位數字裝修營造五十年代華人洋行的華麗氛圍更設有一間幻彩波波燈池鏡室供客人影相打卡就坐後便送上一杯雪梨茉莉花茶,以金魚設計的茶杯感覺像是小魚在魚塘暢泳辣汁花蛤鍋選用鮮嫩肉厚的花蛤,加上鮮菌,味道辛香鮮甜,份外開胃七色丸包括手工芝士三寶丸、青咖喱墨魚丸、南乳墨魚丸等七款手打丸類,每粒都爽口彈牙同時帶有濃郁鮮味華人塔將牛肉、豬肉及海鮮等火鍋配料砌成高塔一樣,又睇得又食得架在鐵塔的木盤上集合花蟹、鮑魚、帶子、刀貝、青口、海蝦等海鮮,份量十足清酒大雪溪採用長野縣特有阿爾卑斯酵母,口感清爽俐落、層次豐富無酒精特飲桃花緣以桃子為基調,還有即席製作的煙燻香味泡泡,簡直謀殺手機記憶體異世界含有豐富的維他命C及纖維素,味道酸甜
