今晚跟朋友來了佐敦的52C Medium Rare 吃烤肉,果然很有驚喜😋食店位處兩層,樓下吃石燒,樓上吃網燒,主打吃牛豬,裝修簡潔,座位寛敞。我們叫了一個牛肩餐,另一個是北海道米豬肩餐,套餐包羅宋湯、沙律及白飯,甜品叫了榴槤及紅棗茶雪糕。~ 羅宋湯:很有傳統的味道,帶點微辣。~ 牛肩:肉質鮮嫩,非常厚切,入口鬆化,加點香草牛油來烤,份外香濃。~ 北海道米豬肩:是來自北海道的米豬,用大米配合特殊飼料專門飼養。肉色帶淺粉紅,呈現大理石花紋,肉質幼嫩,沒有太多脂肪,食得健康。~ 甜品:甜品是雪糕,不單有多款選擇,而且味道很特別,例如:薑、廿八味、火麻仁,我們點了榴槤及紅棗茶味。整體來說,食材高質上乘,店員招呼親切。結賬時,還請教了他52C 的由來,原來是用52度,便能烤出Medium Rare 的效果呢!

食店位處兩層,樓下吃石燒,樓上吃網燒,主打吃牛豬,裝修簡潔,座位寛敞。
我們叫了一個牛肩餐,另一個是北海道米豬肩餐,套餐包羅宋湯、沙律及白飯,甜品叫了榴槤及紅棗茶雪糕。

~ 羅宋湯:很有傳統的味道,帶點微辣。
