朋友約埋聚餐,講明一枱難求,更係立刻報名啦。星期四放工過去,彩虹邨金碧樓地下嘅金碧茶樓酒家匯合朋友們啦,嘩 唔係講笑,坐無虛席爆晒,真係連招牌都有歷史,食物質素高,老闆伙記同客人有傾有講,真的好難得架。 炸蟹拑 $85 一粒送上枱時蟹嘅香味已經快過碟餸。熱辣辣蟹肉蝦肉好廷身好好味,蟹肉嘅鮮味。呢個經典係魚腸蒸雞蛋。一点都唔會好腥,用上果皮薑絲減低腥味。脆鱔 好大條鱔的嘅肉先有咁厚肉,脆度唔夠但南乳豆豉味道又幾夾。八寶鴨又係手工菜,功夫多。呢個釀鯪魚先係我至愛同欣賞, 原條魚魚皮保留,平時鯪魚都唔會咁大條,但內部已經係爽口惹味鯪魚無得輸 100分。花雕蛋白蒸蝦 香味撲鼻 新鮮蝦 彈牙鮮甜 元蹄 可能之前已經好飽 見到都好濟咁,但當入口即化即時改觀。簡單有鑊氣 一點多餘油份也沒有。馬拉糕鬆化 甜香 限量 記得訂位預留呀
