To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時到豚王用膳，最鍾意自己選擇湯底濃度、拉麵的粗幼軟硬等，這天自己一個來 quick lunch 唔想用腦，決定試吓新嘢，八月期間限定 - 德島王拉麵 我未曾到訪日本四國的德島，但從網上資料得知德島拉麵特色在於濃厚的醬油豚骨湯，我覺得這次在豚王吃的拉麵湯底都幾濃，但唔算好咸，食麵掛汁一流 目測網上圖片日本的湯汁似乎更濃味，不過餐廳應該有遷就香港人口味，這個味道就算飲埋啲湯都唔會好口渴 另外，德島王拉麵並非配搭叉燒，而是滷五花腩肉，都幾爽口，份量又多，撈埋生雞蛋一齊食更加滑，麵條軟硬度適中，好易入口，幾分鐘就食完，滿足

我未曾到訪日本四國的德島，但從網上資料得知德島拉麵特色在於濃厚的醬油豚骨湯，我覺得這次在豚王吃的拉麵湯底都幾濃，但唔算好咸，食麵掛汁一流
目測網上圖片日本的湯汁似乎更濃味，不過餐廳應該有遷就香港人口味，這個味道就算飲埋啲湯都唔會好口渴
