To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到佢哋系報紙賣廣告,話外賣8折,所以今晚叫左幾款試吓。义燒飯燉湯2份($33/份)义燒好鹹又好死實,白飯就好似吾夠水咁,個燉湯就一般般啦。福建炒飯(分開裝)($64)個炒飯炒得幾好,粒粒分明,個汁都多料嘅,但又真係好鹹。西蘭花帶子($110),有獲氣,份量不少,這個是最好食的。波蘿咕江嚕肉($54),d肉不脆口又淋淋的,幸好波蘿及三色椒不少,味道一般。乳鴿2隻($34/隻),十分細小,冇乜肉。總共$362,都抵嘅,但吾太好食,試過便算,應該不會有下次!
