Nishimura Restaurant offers a wide range of lunch sets ranging from sashimi, sushi to teppanyaki sets. Tried the Hokkaido don today and was quite delighted to see the generous servings of fresh sashimi. The uni is super rich and creamy in flavor and the sweetness stays in the mouth. The uni is super rich and creamy in flavor and the sweetness stays in the mouth. The fresh jumbo sea scallop was also a delight. It is simply sweet and melts in your mouth. Combining the slight sweetness and saltiness, the salmon roe melts in the mouth to create a flavor explosion. The Japanese pearl rice is sticky and sweet, which goes along perfectly with the sashimi.
Was quite satisfied with the meal. Would consider coming back again~
