A Great Hideaway, an exquisite Dining Experience

Located on the 9th floor of Universal House in Causeway Bay, the interior of the Western restaurant was pretty dark and hip, with the mixture of elegance and classy, the ambiance of great romance were well spot on. We were well greeted with cordial staffs. Me and my friends sat at a long table with sofas at the sides. Located on the 9th floor of Universal House in Causeway Bay, the interior of the Western restaurant was pretty dark and hip, with the mixture of elegance and classy, the ambiance of great romance were well spot on.

We were well greeted with cordial staffs. Me and my friends sat at a long table with sofas at the sides. With the great night view behind the glasses, it brought in positive vibes in the air, giving me great pleasure leaning back and gazing down the City of Lights.

Their menu choices looked great! There were pork, lamb and steak choices with favorably picked sides e.g berries sauce for pork. To be honest, everything on the food menu induced salvation and it was tough narrowing down our choices. Ended up we choise pork and steak.

 The mixed mushroom was really fresh and rich, couldn't stop wanting for more sips!
Then it comes to the El dining salad:

 In fact the duck and caesar salad were fair, but the mustard sauce added into the salad definitely lit up the whole plate, making it more inviting and flavourful!
Then it comes to our mains:

 It was worth mentioning that their Grilled Australian Lamp Chop with French Bean was really great!! It was lusciously grilled and texture right on spot! The mashed potato at the sides made the dish more filling and was fairly delicious too.

Carbonara came with great spot light as the oozing yolk spilled out from the middle.  The soft spa egg added moisture to the carbonara too!

 Overall it was a great dining experience especially with fine quality food and gigantic night view to lay back and relax
