Royal Feast is a private kitchen that should never have been opened. Tonight was my second time to this place and both times the experience has been disastrous. I finally felt compelled to create an Open rice account and write about this place, so as to warn fellow foodies to stay clear of this establishment. 1st visit: we booked this place out for a birthday dinner, and although knowing our number of guests in advance the place was no where near equipped to handle the number of guests. the food
1st visit: we booked this place out for a birthday dinner, and although knowing our number of guests in advance the place was no where near equipped to handle the number of guests. the food came slow, cold and burnt/overdone.
2nd visit: air conditioner was broken and it was 34℃. We sat in an oven of a restaurant and not a single apology from the owners. when questioned, they said we were probably hot from just having arrived from outdoors, and that the air con was indeed working. it wasn't... as it was cooler outside than it was indoors.
If you are looking for an establishment with a track record of poor service and poor food quality, please by all means book your next dinner with Royal Feast.
