I took the spicy (大麻辣 - Big ma spicy) beef soup noodle. I was not very spicy. I would say:
- soup is way too oily, I think it would be good to de-oil it a bit as it made drinking the soup not of the best experience (- -)
- beef was tender (+)
- soup was quite bland, mainly salty taste (- -)
- noodles were on the hard side and great (+ +)
- small quantity (esp on the noodle side) (-)
- a little bit of spring onion but nothing else. no preserved vegetables like you can find freely available on the tables in noodles shops in Taiwan (if you take the non spicy option, you can add them for 10$)... (- -)
- service (cf above)
- nice decoration (+)
all in all, I found it below my expectation for $69.
