Just couldnt think of a comfortable place for lunch and heard that their apple tart is quite nice so I decided to have a try.

Service:
Greet at the reception - Pretty alright but as for a world-class 5 stars hotel, they could do better than that
The greeter took us to the table with a sunshine smiling all the way which was nice!
No introduction to specialties (or they just dont have any!?)

Environment & Decoration:
What could you say, Ritz Carlton wouldnt dissapoint you on the fittings but then the physical situation of the cafe is not perfect though, it feels like sitting in the hotel lobby!

Food:
海南雞飯
The rice is perfect - not too greasy; soft like just done and with a handful of garlic, herbs & 雞油scent;
The chicken itself is just ok. The texture of it was not rough but nothing amazing. The thing is that I cant taste much of the 雞味.
The source is standard stuff.
The soup itself taste alright but i somehow feel like there is a trace of garlic though......

Last but not least - Apple tart!
That was a dissapointment! The crust is top class but the tart itslef doesnt have much taste of apple!!!! An apple tart without much apple is a looser!
