To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大大話話已斷斷逐逐地幫襯了 "夜上海" 14年,由剛剛開業時的驚豔,到現在的失望,差別實在是太大了!在 "夜上海" 的身上,我只能說句 "往事只能回味"...以住的 "夜上海" 有舞台,有歌者表演,入口亦在另一方,不會像現在般瑟縮於名錶店之間,是一間俱氣派及食物精緻的餐廳。今日重來,雖然室內裝修依舊華麗,但無論服務及食物味道都水準不再,是挺令人失望的。這裡的辣醬味道不錯,但這是應該的,因為這裡的茶芥收每位$28元。先來3款小食,無錫脆鱔 ($65)、葱油海蜇頭 ($88)、燻蛋 ($20/隻)葱油海蜇頭收 $88元是正常價,但份量實在是少得可憐!別看碟子好像盛得滿滿的,那碟子的size其實是超迷你!青瓜的選材什差,味道好腥,令到海蜇頭也帶有腥味,這碟簡單的上海小食是挺失敗的。 無錫脆鱔收 $65元,份量同樣偏細,但論味道就正常很多,起碼夠脆,酸醋味亦非常討好,算是全晚做得較好的菜式。燻蛋 ($20/隻),看樣子也知道做得不夠好,蛋黃不夠流心,蛋白太實,燻味弱。 砂窩雲吞雞 ($180) 的味道也未見起色,那湯很鹹,並不是那種用心機淆制,呈奶白色的雞湯。喝到一半已喝不下去了。雲吞中

蟹粉釀蟹蓋 ($64) 相信是我吃過最揾笨及味道最怪異的蟹蓋。蟹蓋表面上釀到漲卜卜,實際上一半都是炒蛋白。那蟹粉味道怪怪的,有少少甜,沒半點蟹油的香味。
