自從兩三年前朋友離開當時的工作崗位後,我倆僅有兩三次接觸的場合 難得一見,由她帶路,一訪灣仔小街之中,隱於鬧市的法國餐廳A.O.C eat&drink 法式小酒館格局,面積不大,不過小店的主廚Stéphane曾於米芝蓮星星餐廳中工作 出奇在比起我們印象中精緻如畫的法國美食,他倒是偏好道地家常菜式和街頭小吃 一望餐牌,價位合理,配搭不會過份花巧,只間中在細節中創新,感覺相對地親民 適合與親友分享的Homemade Farmhouse Pork Rillettes, Toasted Bread $78 肉絲醬濕潤滲香料香,保有絲絲綿密感,不似肉醬般脂多肥膩,作為前菜小食不過份 多士片甚為薄脆,所之要伴肉絲同食就不要用蘸沾的方法,舀起抹上比較實際 竟有120g Charolais Beef Tartare​, Potato, Lettuce Salad $188 輕輕一戳,蛋汁隨即如泉湧,為牛肉他他添一分潤,中和調味酸感,更易入口 牛肉腍中保有嚼勁,不多韌筋,無腥味無雪味,吃起來少膩,倒覺開胃 沙律伴汁量多,幸好還算清新,而幼薯條炸得金黃鹹度,恰到好處脆身,亦夠脆 平時較少吃全魚,怕

平時較少吃全魚,怕腥,兼怕多骨,好在眼前的厚肉鱈魚不是如此

魚肉纖維幼細,嫩中帶爽甚腍潤,又有來自巴馬臣芝士的香味點綴,大添層次

一見Homemade Duck Confit, Potato, Confit Fruit $198就禁不住歡呼起來
鴨皮略帶焦香,亦見酥脆,皮下附帶脂肪不多,添點脂潤又不會膩得過份
肉味濃郁突出,質感緊實富咬口,不至乾柴難嚼,味鹹而恰到好處
底下墊有薯仔塊,吸收油香增味,而酸甜果肉亦有助消解膩滯食感

喜歡朱古力配莓果,可考慮Chocolate Tart with Blackcurrant Ice Cream $98
朱古力味濃郁味香,只有極微苦甘,撻皮薄身,內餡紥實,每一口用料滿滿
莓果果味酸得明顯,雪糕甜中帶清,剛好可緩解朱古力稠身兼濃味帶來的膩意
