To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得有和牛同松葉蟹任食就去試下,熟食都麻麻地,淨係冷盤同刺身好食,整體而言不過不失。刺身唔錯,叫左幾次,每次嘅品質都穏定,厚度正常,冇表演薄切, 上菜速度好快重點之一,松葉蟹,味道ok,係有少少咸,份量好足,上菜速度都好快第二重點,A4和牛西冷。相都睇到,煎得唔夠好,冇想像中好,不過都算好食,畢竟都係和牛,生嘅我都會話好食。佢固定配左一種甜嘅BBQ汁,食第二次已經覺得厭。熟度每次都唔同,上菜速度好慢燒串燒嘅師父應該同煎和牛嗰位係同一個人,每次都唔同樣,有時好燶又乾,有時又正常D,味覺同自己煎差唔多,上菜速度有少少慢難食,麵衣係厚個種,炸得好硬,雞肉冇咩味天婦羅ok,不過有刺身蝦就唔會想揀佢一人一份嘅主菜之一,背面好L燶,接近半火化完成另一個可以揀嘅主菜,正常嘅魚生丼,魚生份量好夠,不過係刺生、和牛同蟹任食下,冇咩動力想食呢個飯甜品唔睇擺盤,其實好普通,得個haagen dazs雪糕好食,但係一人得一個,冇任食甜品
