Decor looks nice and a refreshing upgrade from their old place. When I arrived, didn't even look at the menu, knew what I wanted. A classic bowl of noodles with steak, beef tendon, tripe, and beef balls. But what really makes a good bowl of pho is the soup, I believe. Anyways when my bowl came my mouth was already salivating as I threw in the hot peppers and bean sprouts. Long story short, my stomach was doing cartwheels as I ate each bite. Still good as before.

Prices and portion size are reasonable. Of all the places I tried in HK, this is probably my go-to place for pho!!
