Tonight, my boyfriend brought me to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner. The place is very cozy and nicely setup. They use wooden furniture which makes the place very comfortable. My boyfriend didn't want to think so he ordered the dinner set with his favourite seafood. The mini seafood platter came first, it contains three different types of seafood snacks. The tomato and crab meat with netted vermicelli was delicious. I had never seen my boyfriend non stop eating, he didn't even touch his phone during the meal so I guess it might be amazing. He kept saying that the flavour is very new to him, he had never taste this flavour before.
So I had a few bites as well, I think that they put lots of fish sauce with the soup. I could taste strong crab flavour because there were loads of crab meat. They were very soft and tasty. The vietnamese pork was smooth and yummy. The texture was very soft to eat. The tomato definitely help to lift up the flavour. We really like the soup, my boyfriend drank everything.

I got something special, it's the "Banh mi" which is the Vietnamese bread. The grilled lemongrass pork chop baguette was so yummy that I can't find any word to describe it. The bread was crunchy and soft. The pork chop was tender and juicy, the sauce they use was amazing. It was sweet and spicy. The bun tasted so good with the sautéed onion, pickled daikon radish and carrot, these veggies were a bit sour which matched so well with the sauce they put. I was amazed with this bread, I really like it.

I also ordered the Vietnamese spring roll because spring roll is my favourite snack. The spring rolls were a bit skinny but amazingly delicious. I actually wanted to order another set because they were just fantastic! The flavour was so good. I don't know how they marinated the mince but they had very special taste. The spring roll was crispy and tasted best of we wrapped it with the lettuce.

I wish they are close to a MTR station so I can go there all the time because the food was just amazing.
