Aqua is famous for its amazing views.However, the blinds at our table did not come down(though even with the blinds it was too bright for another table) so we were able to sit at another area. The sashimi and cold cut platter was fresh.The tempura and pizza were crispy but some of the tempura were a bit oily.Out of the 3 ravioli's, flavor wise the prawn and octopus was the best but at the same time in view there wasn't enough sauce, it was not as hot as the other 2.The stone grilled beef tenderl

The stone grilled beef tenderloin was really tender. I got one piece a bit overcooked but it was still soft. The scallops are sweet and both were the highlight of the brunch.
The dessert platter came. It is a bit different from the dinner version but this platter offers you more choices and is very fulfilling.
