Was brought to Bitters and Sweets by friend for the first time.   Decor is comfortable and surprised that there was carpeting at a restaurant/bar.   Ceilings are double height and there is a long bar at the middle.  There is a large collection of home-infusions of alcohol spirits along the shelves.   IT seems that they specialize in home making ingredients.   Started with a gin and tea tonic which was a slightly bitter but refreshing version of a gin and tonic.   We had the steak tartar which features Parisien Polmard beef.  Fantastic dressing for the beef! We then had a Smokey the Pig, which is bourbon infused with bacon.   Very nice and strong.   Soon, we were having shots with the staff and the rest of the night became less clear!  Great r&b music!
