we used to only go to cova for high tea, until one time we ate a risotto for afternoon tea, and fell in love with it. so far they made the best risotto in hk, following the traditional way. we were lucky that they were doing the boston lobster special meal, so we ordered one risotto and one pasta as main, and lobster bisque to start with. later we had tiramisu for dessert. all is presented nicely and they are delicious =)
