A hidden authentic Sichuan restaurant tucked away in the residential area of Wong Tai Sin, away from the crowded noisy rowdy areas.A great dish for that white meat protein.  The sichuan spice really adds a kick to the flavor.  Very tender and juicy and not too spicy for the cantonese palate. 雞絲粉皮 was just right.  That blend of shredded chicken meat and those hor-fun and sauce, making it the perfect cold appetizer to start the meal off.Who doesnt like 小籠包.  They were perfectly steamed, hot flavor

Who doesnt like 小籠包.  They were perfectly steamed, hot flavorful soup inside with generous portion of pork all wrapped with a thin layer of skin.  Be sure to eat them right and not shove it all into your mouth or else, hot hot hot.

Chinese fry rice.  Name speaks for itself.   Cooked to perfection, using overnight rice and each and every grain of rice was perfectly coated with oil.. No clustering, no mushy fresh rice.  It had the perfect texture of what fry rice should be.
