November passed by, we came for a second birthday celebration. Usually mochi waffles have mochi tucked inside the batter, here they put the mochi inside out, and shape them like a snowy blanket to cover the hojicha waffle mountains. Dinner: we shared a pasta and an all-day breakfast plate. Very thick and chewy handmade fettuccine cooked in an appetising spicy smoked tomato marinara sauce, paired with Australian wagyu beef cheek, mushrooms, cheese and green sprouts.
