為慶祝HotelLKF踏入九週年,Azure與Le Creuset及Telford合作,推出「總廚玩轉食材烹飪教室 Interactive Live Cooking Showcase」。第一波就以單一食材--蕃茄作主題,五道菜式均以蕃茄帶領。且配上不同餐酒,帶來一場別開生面的輕鬆自在Wine Pairing Dinner。 選址於Azure,微昏高貴的環境格調配合到Wine Pairing Dinner的氣氛。不怕會太暗,看不到大廚的功架又望不清桌上的佳餚美饌。來自南非的總廚Luke Barry會在餐廳正中的空間表演,成品則於另一張長桌上展示。只是走動的時候也許會逼狹少少,唯有大家互相遷就一下。 桌上已有一張五環紙,每圈中都寫出酒款名稱,方便識別。這次的餐酒由Telford贊助,五道菜,五款酒。就是喝酒喝飲料的時候,才有種意識到自己身處的地方也計Bar這個類別。 話明Interactive,當然不用坐在席上遠眺總廚炮製美食。一眾賓客快手快腳離開自己的椅櫈,情願企住欣賞,都不想靜坐等待。也不怕等到永遠,頸都長,都還未可以品嚐到。總廚示範過後,製作客人餐點的就是他背後的Crews,要
