餐廳好有情調,燈光柔和,全場以橙色絨布卡坐梳化,非常舒適。🍴頭盤 :帕爾馬火腿蜜瓜 - 火腿紋理清晰,肥瘦適中,入口甘香,略帶些小咸度,配埋蜜瓜一齊食,味道balance得極好,而且帶油花部分,越𡁻越香。🍴招牌慢煮法國黃油雞 - 食物真係要講質素,慢煮唔會出現肉類因高溫加熱下纖維收縮的情況,故肉質會保持軟腍,慢煮的另一個優點是它可以保存較多營養。呢度慢煮黃油雞,雞胸肉保持嫩滑濕潤,雞味濃郁;雞鎚部份更加香滑,同個紅酒汁好夾。🍴甜品 - 自家製提拉米蘇,呢度將手指餅切段放上面,原全keep住脆度,中間層mousse打得好輕盈滑溜,微微帶點咖啡酒香,側邊配埋個冰凍雪糕,增加冰凍口感。呢個甜品無論口感、味道、造型都原原全全顛覆我對tiramisu 嘅感覺🤣。
