Easily the worst bar/lounge I have ever been to in my life. Although the surroundings were nice, the service and menu failed to please us.Not only is there an unmentioned charge of $15 per person the moment you walk in just because they served us a tiny platter of grapes and chips, they forced each of us to order at least one drink each. Not only is there an unmentioned charge of $15 per person the moment you walk in just because they served us a tiny platter of grapes and chips, they forced each of us to order at least one drink each. Their drinks are not cheap, $128 for an extremely standard drink. We eventually settled on a bottle of wine, which came to $550.
We also tried their shisha, which was $180 an hour - however, it came "free" with the bottle of wine we ordered. We tried the cola flavour, which tasted terrible, because there was no taste at all. It was bland and the smoke was very weak. Even after we requested for a change of coal, it was still a very light smoke and unflavourful.
The service from the start was pretty bad. They were giving us an attitude from the start, and deliberately ignored us whenever we tried to get their attention.
One of our friend's broke a wine glass by accident, and there was again, an unspoken charge of $50. They did not mention at all about this $50 charge, even as they were clearing the glass shards. Only when we called for the bill, did we realise they put down $50. Most restaurants, bars and lounges will not request for you to pay for broken glasses, so I believe they keyed in a random number on the bill.
Never coming back again. And I beg for no one to go there either.
