To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友好喜歡吃bagel ，我哋成日會四處去找尋不同的bagel口味，有甜的有咸的，有時當主角的有時當配角。「品穀」的bagel 柔彈帶嚼勁，中間搭配各種餡料，蒜香墨汁比高是我好喜歡的一個，以墨魚汁做出漂亮的黑色外表，內餡蒜香十足的大蒜芝士，一試難忘。宇治納言比高 加入綠茶粉，餡料是麻糬和納言紅豆，美味。Mocha Dice 朱古力咖啡骰仔樣子漂亮，內餡的西班牙可可粉和比利時朱古力濃厚香甜，送上一杯咖啡完美的早餐。
