呢排成日都想食泰國菜,今次就去到新界食泰國菜,想搵間可以坐耐啲飲下啤酒食住泰國菜既餐廳,真係搵到呢間bar形式既泰國菜餐廳。環境唔算位於市中心,但人流都不少,店內有泰國掛飾,除左播英文歌,不時播下泰文歌,亦有室外坐,環境氣氛唔錯。餐牌先黎個餐前小食串燒(雞、牛、豬)(6串) $108第一次食串燒用杯上,仲有小茴香同另附上沙嗲醬。串燒都燒得好香,本身已經醃過,食落各有鹹焦香,各款肉串亦大小均稱,店員教落先搽上少少沙嗲醬再自己手撕啲小茴香加係肉串上,食落帶小茴香既香料香氣更惹味。廚師特色蝦醬炒飯 $138好多時食泰國野都係菠蘿炒飯,menu見到呢個廚師特色蝦醬炒飯既造型好特別就叫嚟試下。賣相精緻,最高插住三隻熟蝦,質素正常,之後有一大塊炸魔鬼魚脆片,然後係煎薄蛋皮包住蝦醬炒飯。店員簡介要先整碎炸魔鬼魚脆片( 愈碎愈好),然後連同碟邊所有配料撈匀再食,仲會比濕紙巾你,等你整完可以抹手,十分細心。擺盤同食法有少少似馬來西亞既Nasi Lemak(椰漿飯),都係有伴碟配炒飯底,伴碟有蝦乾、青木瓜絲、青瓜絲、提子乾粒、肉、洋蒽、辣椒粒等等等等,配上炸魔鬼魚碎片,每啖都好香口,炒飯炒得夠乾身,蝦醬唔

望落去真係綠綠地色,但飲落薄荷味唔重。

總括而言,食物味道不錯,特別係廚師特色蝦醬炒飯真係高質,酒既選擇亦不少,元朗多一間同朋友聚餐既好地方。
