To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Why have a promotion "Beef It Up" if you dont want to sell it?? Well this is the impression I got from this place, not interested, as we had to ask them for the promotion menu which is just given to you with no explanation of how it works .For the price they charge per person I would expect a little 'more'? Booking was made by Openrice but no call to reconfirm, which is unusual for a restaurant of this level?So overall experience dining experience was disappointing, cant say there wasnt any cust

So overall experience dining experience was disappointing, cant say there wasnt any customer service, just it wasnt forthcoming.
A shame as the food wasnt bad.
