We booked ahead and pre-ordered for a table at 1pm but had finished the sights by 12pm. We were accommodated without hesitation. The blanched okra and wasabi, the radish omelette and the fresh vegetables were all pretty good. The wood fire oven semi smoked semi roast chicken was the best I have had in Hong Kong and probably top 5 in the world (Pollo Rico - Cartagena das Indias Colombia; a menu item extra plump chicken in Vientiane, Laos; rotisserie chicken from Rue de Seine, Paris; my bbq Jerk
