Best fried rice in town

This is our second time. 1st time we went in with hesitation cause it was too clean and neat for a stir fried restaurant, but i was wrong, the food was amazing, the service was absolutely top notch! I couldnt believe my eyes, since normally in these kind of restaurants you will get yell at. The price was on point too. Not expensive at all. The tableware was surprisingly clean, no need to rinse with tea. Oh, the dark soy sauce char siu is delicious and the fried rice with salted fish and chicken

Oh, the dark soy sauce char siu is delicious and the fried rice with salted fish and chicken dice was the best fried rice i ate in Hong Kong. Dry, not oily and tasty. This restaurant is unique in its own way. Excellent food, clean, not too expensive and great service! Other restaurants should follow suit.
