To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Best Salad Bar in Central

Really Impressed! So I've been to a few salad bars in Central and it's always hard to get a good decent sized salad box that is always full of flavor. The price is a bit pricey.... $70 for  3 choices... despite the price, the food quality and freshness is amazing! I got the carrot, Korean tofu and cucumber. I never knew being a vegetarian could be so flavourful because even the carrots was so nommy. They had a great and large variety of salad options. The only negative comment is the pricing bec

So I've been to a few salad bars in Central and it's always hard to get a good decent sized salad box that is always full of flavor. The price is a bit pricey.... $70 for  3 choices... despite the price, the food quality and freshness is amazing! I got the carrot, Korean tofu and cucumber. I never knew being a vegetarian could be so flavourful because even the carrots was so nommy.

They had a great and large variety of salad options. The only negative comment is the pricing because other salad bars are a bit cheaper.  

I sat upstairs and the sitting area was super cosy. The toilet was clean and the interior was very pleasant. 
The staff were extremely nice and friendly. 
I would go there again. Maybe once a week due to the price for just a salad box.
