Bulldog Hotdog opened in Causeway Bay recently and I've heard good things about it. Mainly a takeaway only shop, it does have a standing only tables if you want to eat there. The interior is colorful with a pseudo graffiti wall to go with their ghetto hop theme.Menu is in English and Chinese though there is no description of the hotdogs in English. That is in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge.I decided to order takeaway and had the Signature Hotdog ($68) and made it a combo by adding $

I decided to order takeaway and had the Signature Hotdog ($68) and made it a combo by adding $20 as I didn't think the size would be that big. A combo includes a drink and a choice of snack.
However, when I got home, I realized how big the hotdog was! It was huge! I had no idea. But it was good. the signature included a sausage (and a pretty long one), three types of cheese, crispy garlic and some beef slices. The bun was really good. Soft yet held everything together without falling apart. The sausage had a good crispy bite. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the beef slices as it was not really seasoned.
For the combo snack I had small portion of onion rings. These were quite good though a bit harder than most onions rings I've had. For a small portion, I still had half an onion. Well seasoned, too.
Overall, the food was pretty good. A very decent hot dog. I'll know next time to skip the combo as the hot dog size was more than enough.
