因緣際遇,歌賦街CENSU主廚佐藤最近夥拍夫妻檔好友高野和濱崎於上環開設了一廚師發辦鐵板燒高野和濱崎主力鐵板燒,佐藤負責製作頭盤及調整菜式的賣相小店設有吧枱及獨立餐桌,提供兩種不同的體驗餐廳設有兩個爐頭,兩名大廚經常合作,很有默契頭盤以薑汁乳酪醬襯托油甘魚,加上青蘋果絲及香草點綴,與刺身濃郁的鮮味形成鮮明對比自製春卷配茼萵青醬包着日本蔥和煎過的富山縣白蝦,口感香脆薯仔沙律上插滿新鮮炸起的薯片,內裏更放有流心蛋,充滿驚喜北海道的原隻鮑魚加上即時製作的鮑魚肝醬鮮腴濃郁紅裏透白、雪花紋理細緻的A5和牛里脊油香迸發卻不覺肥膩,與即製青森蒜片及芥末葉同吃,更是美味壓軸的釜飯以新潟大米烹製而成,軟糯香口,充滿幸福感配豆卜味噌湯湯及酸瓜漬物,就像在日本朋友家中作客主廚精選甜品雪葩加上雪碧,酸甜清新又清爽
