這次來到中環石板街的S2 kitchen,門面有點小,差點錯便過了。餐廳走居酒屋風格,環境不大,裝潢簡潔。雖然賣日本菜,但餐廳內有不少香港景色畫作,甚有親切感。我們坐在吧枱位置,可以看著廚師巧手製作。餐廰採用即棄木筷子套配上可清洗筷子,更衞生。 十層海膽杯 $398先來一客鎮店招牌海膽杯,每日限量供應,每杯用三分一至半底海膽製成,足足有三層,誠意十足。十層分別為燒白飯魚脆片、黑魚子、北海道紫海膽、沖繩海葡萄、藍鰭拖羅蓉、三文魚子、白蝦、松葉蟹肉及鮮海帶碎,足足有三層海膽,一次過吃盡各味海鮮!海膽鮮甜,白蝦刺身嫩滑,三文魚子鹹香,有白飯魚脆片增加口感,海帶碎則略韌;高身杯子有點窄,食用時要小心一點。 牛油果帆立貝洋風海膽沙律 Avocado & Maki Scallop & Sea Urchin Salad $168第二道海膽菜式,同樣鮮甜幼滑,另一小驚喜是頗多帆立貝刺身,粒粒鮮嫩爽滑。牛油果粒清新健康,軟滑口感跟海膽蠻配,惟部份牛油果這不夠熟,醬汁亦略鹹。S2特色海膽火焰卷 S2 Special Urchin Roll in Flame $148上菜時會點火,不過幾秒後便熄了,純粹呃l
