今日係媽咪正日生日,早幾個月已訂檯,好興奮終於可以食。訂位時問坐邊 (brunch係8樓2間餐廳打通), 我選左Nicholini's。好彩選擇正確,因Brasserie 果邊放魚生,我吳食,家人試左,好一般。有cream of mushroom soup, ok but 較鹹,呢邊還有smoked salmon 2款,with dill 果款幾鹹,其他係凍的salad, 有d 2間餐廳都有放。羅左少許salad 在回程途中一定經過bar及中間atrium, 亦係擺放carving station, pasta and 乳豬燒鴨的地方。好可惜carving station只有牛,媽咪食左話好味又滑,乳豬皮非常脆,但吳明點解哥哥仔要片到每塊只有5蚊銀大的正方形咁細,有時又只有好肥的皮,無肉,每次都要同佢羅幾塊,咁佢好禮貌一定會滿足食客的要求,我羅好幾次都無人籠,所以吳怕無得食。燒鴨包成填鴨般好細舊,無特別。Pasta station 有好多細兜的食材用黎煮Pasta, 例如onion, bacon, mushroom, shrimp, ox tail etc. 有紅,白汁及6, 7種pa
