尖沙咀有不少食印度菜的餐廳,而且裝潢都好chill ,食飯或者同朋友飲杯野都唔會限時。地方很闊落,仲有露天位置,打卡都唔錯。Palak patta chaat要襯熱食,香脆的口感加上酸甜的乳酪醬汁,非常開胃的前菜。滿滿的食材足以2-3人分享,菠菜葉,豆蓉也很飽肚。Carats butter chicken 牛油蕃茄咖哩雞也很著名,香料調味很惹味,雞肉是雞腿位置,食起來很嫩滑,雞件都算多,份量足夠。醬汁不是蕃茄那種酸味,而是奶香,咖喱香味,突出蕃茄甜味。Butter naan烤餅熱騰騰,雖然見到有油光,但其實不是太油膩,而且仲要係香噴噴的牛油香氣。Garlic naan烤餅上有少許的蒜茸,面層有少許蔥花,吃起來陣陣蒜香,很濃郁。Homemade pista kulfi其實是印式雪糕棒,奶味香濃,開心果碎,濃郁香味源自藏紅花,獨特香味令人難以忘懷。
