To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. A glance at the menu reveals a diverse array of gastronomic delights, priced modestly between $53 and $63. During our visit, we opted for the scrambled egg with satay Wagyu Pineapple Bun Sandos. Its exterior boasts a flawlessly crisp surface, while its interior yields sumptuously buttery tenderness. The scrambled egg, the embodiment of culinary finesse, exudes a captivating smoothness and creaminess that tantalizes the palate. Complementing this symphony of flavors, the satay Wagyu unveils its tender succulence, imbued with an alluring savor that carries a subtle hint of peanut.

We also tried the breakfast set. The macaroni in mushroom soup captures the senses with its velvety, creamy texture and a rich umami essence. Accompanying this macaroni soup is the scrambled egg that is really velvety, silken and artfully complement the crispy toast.
