I loved the lobster carpaccio as it was flawless with bursts of saltiness from the caviar.

The colour was a bit dark for sweetcorn but they said the sweetcorn was roasted to a certain degree before being made soup.
The soup was really sweet with a strong sweetcorn taste and I loved the cheesy cracker on top decorated with popcorn.

++++

The barbary duck was really tasty paired with a piece of sweet honeycomb and sweet chestnuts.
I loved the crosne tubers because they looked cute and tasted like potatoes.

++++

The sweetness of the souffle was just right with a subtle Osmanthus taste but the souffle could have risen better as it was empty in the middle.

++++

For Christmas, there will be a 6-course drunken Rudolf Christmas Menu or an 8 course Bathing Lobster menu.

(both to be booked in advance.)

The one we had was a four course menu.
