To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來怕口水雞會辣，撈米線亦系第一次系呢度聽到。但呢度個口水雞幾好味，每次再返黎呢度都系忍唔住叫返口水雞，或者因為想食口水雞先黎呢度。口水雞個麻辣~ 麻味系累積但食到最後個嘴都無乜野，麻味總括唔重，反而系有種香~香油既香~有辣味~ 加上距有"現茜"，有人唔鐘意食，但我覺得幾香，反而加添了多重口味~ 如果淨麻辣就會好DRY。餸同飯都好夠份量~如果系無骨就更好啦~XD另外，朋友食左個好多人叫既酸辣豬扒撈米線，呢個餐真系好多人嗌，我試左一塊。覺得距身為招排菜，我比較支持口水雞~同普通豬扒差唔多而已。下次想試雞扒菜飯A_A嗯。

如果系無骨就更好啦~XD

另外，朋友食左個好多人叫既酸辣豬扒撈米線，呢個餐真系好多人嗌，我試左一塊。覺得距身為招排菜，我比較支持口水雞~同普通豬扒差唔多而已。

下次想試雞扒菜飯A_A嗯。
Other Info. : 舖頭唔大，3-4人可以考慮入去等下，都快有位既。
